Six comfortable houses in peaceful surroundings with a breathtaking view over the Velden bay. Each house accomodates for 2 - 4 persons, with 45 m² living room. Our private beach is 60 m long.A 15.000 m² large private park. On our private beach, you find a spacious sunbathing lawn and a jetty with beach furniture at your disposal. There are tennis courts, 3 golf courses, water-skiing, sailing, surfing, riding, cosmetic / massage facilities and shops nearby. Beautiful walking paths (also for elderly guests) begin directly in front ofthe house. The 2 km lake promenade leads straight ahead into Velden Centre.You are provided with advices for excursions and with travel descriptions to the most beautiful areas in Carinthia and Friaul / Venice, as well as with a list with many nice restaurants. Cars (including cabriolets) can be rented in the town. Reductions on the "Kärnten Card" (over 80 member enterprises). Greenfee reduction in the early and late seasons.
